Siemons Lawyers are a leading and long established property and commercial law firm located in Noosa Heads.

We are seeking an experienced part-time legal assistant/paralegal to join our team to work on a job share basis,  2 days per week Monday to Tuesday 8:30am to 5.00pm.

The role will be supporting our Principal and other experienced paralegals.

The position would suit candidates with relevant experience in the areas of wills and estates and/or property and commercial law.

Our modern offices are centrally located in Noosa Heads with ample off street parking available.

Responsibilities for the role include:-

  • file management
  • preparation of correspondence
  • document preparation including wills, powers of attorney, probate documents , contracts of sale, deeds and titles office documents
  • digital dictation
  • conducting searches
  • liaising with clients
  • client billing
  • assisting with reception duties
  • assisting with administration matters
  • assisting  other paralegal staff

Applicants will need to demonstrate:-

  • Previous experience working in a legal firm
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Lexis Affinity an advantage
  • Experience with PEXA an advantage
  • Experience with dictation systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent word processing skills
  • A professional manner and client service skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment

Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skills.
