**The Role**

Our client, a specialist conveyancing law firm based at Noosaville seeks a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. You will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish as well as some matrimonial transfer conveyancing files and retirement village files. Your duties will involve dealing with clients, banks and other solicitors, bring ups, checking searches, settlement figures, booking in settlements and other file management duties as required. You will use Smokeball precedents. You will have administrative support, as well as assistance from a Solicitor at any time.

**You**

To be suitable for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years' previous Queensland Conveyancing Paralegal experience. In addition, you will be motivated, proactive and have exceptional customer service skills.

**Salary / Law Firm**

The firm offers an excellent salary, dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $70,000 + Super). This specialist conveyancing law firm is based at Noosaville and have 17 staff.
