Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and premium service behind the bar.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Brand Standards & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet Icebergs standards for quality, compliance, and man hours.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Restaurant Managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless experience.
What You Bring
- Positive & Charismatic leader who can thrive is quick paced environment.
- Looking for someone who is willing to set into the next stage of their career.
- 7+ years working in high quality, fasted paced environments in leadership positions.
- Experience in managing Quality, Compliance, Man Hours and Delivering Brand Standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a high-performing bar team.
- RSA Certificate and relevant food safety knowledge.
- Leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Strong Commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive results and operational excellence.

About Us
