About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant hospitality environment? The Taree Aquatic Club is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Bar Attendant to join their talented team in Taree, NSW 2430. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality drinks and exceptional service to our valued members and guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotations
  • Adhere to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
  • Support the wider hospitality team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar bar or customer service role within the hospitality industry
  • Minimum 3-6 months of hospitality experience is required for this position
  • We are flexible with experience requirements and will consider candidates with less than the stated minimum experience
  • Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) practices
  • Current RSA certification is required at the time of application
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
