About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff to join our team at Argyle House Gastronomy in Camden, NSW. As a part-time Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our renowned hospitality establishment.

Candidates must be available for evening and weekend shifts as required for this part-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests
  2. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
  3. Providing friendly and attentive customer service
  4. Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
  6. Supporting the wider hospitality team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment
  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of bar or hospitality experience is required
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  4. Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  5. Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  8. RSA certification and a valid Australian driver's licence
  9. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
