The Position: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Manager to support a busy new business adviser. This role involves managing 100 actively serviced clients and your primary responsibility will be to relieve the adviser of as many client-related administrative tasks as possible, allowing them to focus on building relationships and seeking new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for any client queries, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients through phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, and email correspondence.

  • Accurate document preparation based on Advice Documents and Reviews.

  • Implement recommendations, process paperwork, and follow up with third-party providers in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all client records are up-to-date and accurate in the CRM (Xeppo, XPLAN & MyProsperity).

  • Plan an active role in the POD (Adviser, Associate & Client Manager) to ensure the workflow meets business turnaround times.

  • Provide support to reception, take calls, and attend to clients.

  • Contribute to internal team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to maintain our brand's consistent level of service.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar financial planning support role.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with Financial Planning software is highly regarded.

  • Enthusiastic, driven, and friendly disposition.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse client base.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
