Senior Consultant – Sales Analytics & Insights

Working closely with the Director of Sales Enablement & Insights and the Manager of Sales Operations, this role is pivotal in supporting a wide range of sales enablement programs and initiatives designed to empower the National Sales Office (NSO) and client-facing pursuit teams.
The Senior Consultant – Sales Analytics & Insights enables the firm's most strategic opportunities through analysing trends & identifying actionable insights, operational excellence and facilitating access to voice of the customer, priority pursuit programs and investment.
The role requires close collaboration with NSO colleagues and pursuit leaders and supporting them access firm-wide sales initiatives that maximize the probability of success and increase firm win rates.
What will your typical day look like?
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analytics & Insights – including pipeline analytics and reporting.
Extract and translate complex sales and pipeline data into actionable insights to inform sales and pursuits strategy.
Coordinate preparation and delivery of regular sales performance reports and analytics.
Analyse competitor sales data and their strategies to understand their market positioning.
Assist in identifying data gaps and proposing improvements in sales insights and reporting processes.
Win/Loss Pursuit Insights Program
Responsibility for coordinating the firm's independent Win/Loss Pursuit Insights Program (voice of the customer) both internally (e.g. driving program engagement, scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics) and acting as the central liaison to the firm's external service provider, Trinity Perspectives.
Extracting client feedback and translating the voice of the customer into clear, actionable insights that enable the firm's leaders and inform future sales strategies for pursuit teams.
Collaborating with other firm client feedback programs including Client Voice and regional and Global insights initiatives.
Preparation of insights reporting e.g. common trends and themes and recommended actions.
Asia Pacific (AP) Priority Pursuit Program (AU participation)
Coordinating and supporting AU pursuit teams access the AP Priority Pursuit Program – including operational activities related to end-to-end AP deal elevation, funding and review processes, and providing guidance on investment criteria to NSO colleagues and pursuit leaders
Support the ongoing management of the AP Priority Pursuit Program by tracking progress, coordinating updates, and ensuring deal alignment with leadership expectations and funding guidelines.
Analysis of AP priority deals, funding outcomes etc, to recommend actionable insights
Other
Support other pursuit and client funding programs for the Sales Office and pursuit teams as required.
Support strategic and transformative sales projects and initiatives as directed.
Participate in selected learning and development initiatives to build and enhance Deloitte's sales excellence capabilities.
Perform additional duties and/or take on additional responsibilities or projects as directed by leadership.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Minimum 3 years' experience in one or more of sales operations, business insights/intelligence, sales enablement, pursuits and proposals, data analytics, or a related field within professional services or a complex B2B environment.
Strong excel skills
Nice to have is Salesforce CRM experience, navigating the system, building dashboards and analysing data
Strong project management skills with high attention to quality and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding of Advisory / Consulting services.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to conduct analysis to derive business insights and actions
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
