Casual Call Centre & Sales Support

Location: Bundall, Gold Coast

Hours: 20–25 hours per week (must attend office)

Type: Casual role – KPIs must be met

We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our call centre team. This role involves making outbound calls, following up leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls and follow up warm leads
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales or bookings
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Record all activity accurately in the CRM system
  • Meet and maintain weekly KPI targets
  • Assist with basic invoicing and admin tasks

Skills and Experience

  • Must have previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or call centre roles
  • Strong communication and phone manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Reliable, organised, and target-driven
  • Must be available to work 20–25 hours per week in the office
