Our Idalia centre has developed a loyal customer base, and we're looking for a skilled leader to take our team and business to the next level.

The Role:

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of City Cave Idalia. You will lead and inspire our team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with a genuine passion for wellness, customer service, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all centre operations, including staffing, rostering, and workflow management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards in service quality, health & safety, and cleanliness.
  • Manage reporting and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Implement marketing and sales initiatives to grow the centre's customer base.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and act as the onsite ambassador for the brand.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or wellness management.
  • Proven sales experience and a genuine passion for sales or business growth.
  • Strong leadership, operational, financial, and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
