**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Lead Educator** to join our team—someone who is passionate about creating meaningful relationships with children and families. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take the lead in providing an exceptional program that supports children's development, creativity, and love of learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality educational programs that encourage children’s curiosity, creativity, and inquiry-based learning.
- Confidently communicate with families to provide updates on their child's progress and foster strong relationships.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children while establishing clear rules and boundaries.
- Contribute to the team by offering ideas and supporting the continuous improvement of our program.
- Ensure all documentation and programming meet the standards set by the EYLF, QKLG, and NQF.

**Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for caring for children and providing exceptional educational experiences.
- Confidence in engaging with families and building strong relationships.
- A creative spirit with the ability to have fun with children while setting and maintaining boundaries.
- Experience in programming and documentation, ensuring it reflects the needs and interests of the children.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing your ideas and expertise.
- An eagerness to create inspiring environments where children can explore, learn, and grow.

**What You Bring**:

- A completed **Diploma in Early Childhood**, **Certificate III in Early Childhood**, or be close to completion of one of these qualifications.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the **NQF** and **EYLF**.
- A current **Working with Children Check**, **First Aid Certificate** (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management), **Police Check**, and **Child Protection Certificate**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
