ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our projects team.
You will be responsible for the delivery of site works on unique and exciting projects across the greater Sydney Region.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Site supervision of plant, labour, and subcontractors.
- Efficient planning and co-ordination of all site work.
- Documenting / reviewing / maintaining paperwork including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets.
- Enforcing and demonstrating safe work practices in all site-related works.
- Ensuring that personnel is adequately trained and supported.
- Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations.
- Monitoring progress to meet budget and targets.
- Ensuring that OHS&E requirements are met.
ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager who has a background in delivering civil projects.
You will have:
- 10+ years experience delivering Civil or Remediation projects.
- Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Earthworks experience.
- Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site.
- Plant Operation tickets, advantageous but not essential.
- Drivers licence.
- Australian Citizenship.
