We’re here to support and equip you with great training and development, flexible work options and a positive team environment to help you build your career from the ground up or take it to the next level. **Your new role awaits**: The Operations Supervisor - Water, based at our Ingleburn Branch, will assume responsibility for delivery of our client solution, delegate tasks, ensure safety, quality, and monitor productivity to name a few Day to day you will: - Oversee the coordination & installation of our range of specialised products on customer sites - Running prestart and tool box meetings - Manage customer site conditions, delays, customer expectations and variances to original quote - Demonstrate a Safety First culture throughout the organisation - Build and develop an efficient and effective installation team - Working with Coates branches to organise plant, equipment and resourcing **About you**: **Your high levels of customer service and "can do" attitude are complemented by** - Construction site experience, with a focus on dewatering; you will have prepared and managed risk assessments and safe work method statements - Strong relationship building skills with customers and sub-contractors - Your ability in managing a team, delegating tasks and personnel supervision to meet project timelines. - Good planning and team leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and excellent problem-solving skills. **Qualifications** - Telehandler ticket will be highly regarded - EWP Operators Licence - High Risk work licence will be highly regarded for EWP (+11m)/Forklift/Basic Rigger - Class 1 Drillers licence - Dewatering/Water Treatment experience and/or Sewer Bypass system installations/set up - Drivers Licence, NSW White Card - Trade qualifications or equivalent experience - Site visits may be required from time to time This is a “hands on” role and is not without its challenges It is busy, requires multi-tasking, managing customer expectations and staff and occasional travel.
