About the Role
As a Digital Performance Manager, you will drive revenue growth by leading the planning and execution of strategic digital marketing programs and campaigns. You'll oversee key channels including Affiliates, Paid Media, and Email, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns that maximize opportunities around new product launches and promotions.
This role is integral to achieving traffic and revenue targets, with a strong focus on affiliate strategy, partner negotiations, performance forecasting, and media planning.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management (50%)
- Lead and grow the affiliate channel, including partner relationships, negotiations, and publisher recruitment.
- Plan and execute content and promotional initiatives aligned with online revenue targets.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance using digital analytics tools.
- Manage affiliate budgets, ensuring spend efficiency against revenue goals.
- Collaborate with PR and creative teams on content amplification and campaign assets.
Forecasting & Performance (30%)
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve traffic and online sales targets.
- Forecast revenue and campaign delivery while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Analyse digital marketing performance across traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and other KPIs.
- Present insights and performance updates to stakeholders.
Planning (20%)
- Build and manage a 360° eCommerce marketing calendar across traffic and conversion-driving initiatives.
- Collaborate with CRM teams on email campaign planning, messaging, and audience segmentation.
- Contribute to media briefs and ensure alignment between eCommerce goals and wider marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years' experience in eCommerce or performance media, ideally with affiliate program management.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting clear, impactful strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to derive insights from performance data (Adobe Analytics experience highly regarded).
- Confident collaborator, comfortable working across teams in a global matrix structure.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving and influencing others.
