ANL is the leader in Horticultural manufacture and distribution on the East Coast of Australia. Celebrating over 50 years of being in the industry ANL remains a family owned and operated business. ANL has the assets necessary to address the challenges of a new world and currently employs over 300 staff with horticultural production facilities and landscape supply sites and nursery's throughout Sydney the Central west and Northern NSW. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Badgery's Creek facility. Immediate start available.

Full training will be provided.

To be successful for this position you will need demonstrated excellent communication and written skills, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive and team-orientated approach to your work. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and data management is required and a reasonable typing speed is also advantageous. Availability for Saturday work is desirable.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Wages
  • Product document control and associated policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of environmental responsibilities or a willingness to learn.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are performed within set timelines and take responsibility for these tasks.
  • Answering phone calls, directing calls, taking orders and liaising with customers.
  • Operate weighbridge and communicate with drivers.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments throughout the company and assist Senior Management as requested.
  • Allocate customer and internal deliveries
