We are now seeking a Relationship Manager to support and grow our Sunshine Coast client base. If you're professional, customer-focused, and enjoy building strong long-term relationships, this could be the perfect role for you. Fire industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.

About the Role

Based locally on the Sunshine Coast, this role focuses on managing relationships with existing clients across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. You'll be responsible for liaising with customers, renewing service contracts, overseeing compliance needs, and ensuring all clients receive exceptional ongoing service. You'll also identify opportunities to expand services within our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication with current clients and ensure all service requirements are met.

  • Contract Renewals: Manage, prepare, and renew client service contracts in a timely manner.

  • Customer Relations: Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, support needs, and follow-ups professionally.

  • Service Coordination: Work closely with our technicians to ensure scheduled services are completed and documented.

  • Compliance Support: Help clients remain compliant with fire regulations by coordinating services and providing accurate information.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify areas where clients may benefit from additional services or upgrades.

  • KPI Achievement: Meet performance expectations related to customer satisfaction and service retention.

About You

  • Driver's Licence: Valid licence required (manual preferred).

  • Professionalism: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.

  • Organised & Efficient: Exceptional time management, coordination, and attention to detail.

  • Motivated & Reliable: Self-driven, honest, and capable of working independently and within a team.

  • Fire Industry Experience: Highly regarded but not essential—full training provided.
