We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Settlement Officer to join our busy operations team. You'll be working closely with, and supported by, an experienced Settlements Officer who will provide hands-on training and ongoing guidance to help you thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the settlement process from approval through to completion
  • Verifying approval letters and loan documentation for accuracy
  • Coordinating discharge requests and updating relevant systems
  • Issuing loan documents and managing follow-ups with clients and lenders
  • Liaising with solicitors and key stakeholders to book and track settlements
  • Ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and settlement records
About You
  • 1+ years' experience in a settlement or mortgage support role (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing deadlines
  • Keen to learn, grow and be part of a collaborative, supportive team
