The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, you'll act as 2IC and take full ownership of Natrio's national network of warehousing and distribution centres.

You'll bring structure, energy, and commercial focus to a growing operation, empowering site leaders, driving consistency, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

With five direct reports and around 30 FTEs, you'll be hands-on where it matters and strategic where it counts, balancing day-to-day delivery with the delivery of change initiatives.

About You

You're a respected and commercially astute operations leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You combine clear thinking with adaptability and know how to build and retain high performing teams that take pride in their performance.

You'll bring:

  • Proven success leading national or multi-site operations in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering
  • Strong leadership and people development capability, with a track record of uplifting team performance and engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies
  • Commercial acumen and budget management expertise
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
