About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic National Technical Trainer who will play a key role in developing and delivering technical training programs across our field service, engineering, and sales teams. This role also carries responsibility for driving compliance and continuous improvement across our Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will design and deliver structured training programs, champion technical excellence, and ensure QMS compliance across our national operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for field service and technical staff (onboarding, upskilling, refresher).
  • Support competency assessments and certification programs.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing and technical documentation initiatives.
  • Administer and improve our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 45001 Safety).
  • Drive internal audits, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs linked to business strategy and compliance.
  • Provide technical coaching to ensure consistent national standards.

About You

You are a skilled technical professional with strong training experience in a technical manufacturing or engineering context and a proven background in QMS management across ISO 9001/14001/45001. You are passionate about empowering people, ensuring compliance, and lifting national technical capability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technical trainer in industrial, engineering, or automation environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of QMS, IMS, and ISO standards (9001, 14001,
  • Experience in internal audits and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience with National Measurement Institute training is highly desirable
