Contracts Administrator – FRP Residential Construction | Sydney
We're a busy formwork, reinforcement & concrete (FRP) residential contractor with projects across Sydneys Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches. Due to strong growth, we're looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team.
The Role:
You'll work alongside our Project Managers and Site Teams to manage the commercial side of our projects. The role will include contract administration, cost control, and dealing with subcontractors and suppliers to make sure jobs run on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review contracts and subcontract agreements
- Manage variations, progress claims, and payments
- Assist with procurement and tender submissions
- Track budgets, costs, and reporting for projects
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator (FRP or structural concrete highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive attitude
