About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist with 6-10 years of marketing expertise to join our team. In this role, you will drive the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness and fostering client growth. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, an articulate writer, and has a proven track record in managing cross-channel campaigns, including social media, sponsorships, direct marketing, and client engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, contributing to the overall success of our brand.

Essential Skills / Competencies

  • At least 6 years of experience in corporate marketing or communications gained in agency or in house roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of brand building and management, with a working knowledge of traditional and non-traditional earned media, owned, paid and social channels.

  • Track record of success in building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Excellent writing skills across a range of formats including print, online and social.

  • A history of success in providing sound creative and strategic counsel to stakeholders and building credibility with senior level leadership

  • Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines

  • Ability to think strategically, creatively and holistically about marketing programs
