Talent International is working in partnership with a higher education institution to assist in sourcing a Digital Marketing Analyst on contract based in Sydney CBD

Reporting directly to the Marketing Analytics Lead, the successful Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analysing, measuring, and reporting on objectives. This role leverages data from various digital channels to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and drive customer engagement across owned, earned, and paid platforms. The analyst also plays a key role in building digital capability across the team by supporting knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities for the role

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Use Adobe Analytics to generate regular reports and dashboards on key performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimise user experience, conversion rates, and channel performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of A/B tests and user journey analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and design teams to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations based on data to inform budget allocation, targeting, and channel strategy
  • Assist with setting and measuring KPIs for digital initiatives

In order to be considered we are seeking skilled marketing analytics specialists who can demonstrate the following

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing analysis or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Excel.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, such as Adobe Target

Please note that this will be initially offered contract until Dec 2025 with a view to extending thereafter
