What you'll be doing:

We're looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to join PICA Group on our journey to Simplify, Automate and Grow. This role is a full-time permanent position. You'll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, managing our dynamic websites, creating Google Ads, boosting lead generation, and crafting customer-focused campaigns that truly make an impact.

This is an exciting role that will see you collaborate with stakeholders from divisions across PICA Group whilst enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and ensuring a quality digital user experience.

About you:

  • You're a digital marketing specialist that is able to demonstrate their experience and qualification in marketing or business.
  • You can demonstrate ownership and are solutions orientated.
  • You can collaborate and work alongside a variety of teams whilst also setting realistic expectations.
  • You are data-driven and have a good analytical understanding of tracking, optimisation and reporting on campaigns and activity.
  • You are agile and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
