Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, motivated, and professional Reception Assistant to join our friendly team. No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career, looking to gain experience in an allied health environment, or a university student looking for casual work.

As a Reception Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of our clinic and help create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and families in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing helpful support
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic office duties
  • Process client payments and assist with invoicing as required
  • Help maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assist the team with general office support as needed
