About the role

Join our talented team as an Audio Visual Installer at Brookvale AV in Sydney, NSW. As a casual position, this role offers flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. You will be responsible for the installation and occasional maintenance of venue AV equipment, playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional technology solutions to our clients. Amount of Hours depending on the applicant. This role may or may not require administrative duties depending on the applicant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, configure and test a variety of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, speakers, and video routing systems
  2. Perform on-site troubleshooting and provide technical support to clients
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  4. Maintain equipment inventory and ensure timely ordering of necessary parts and supplies
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in audio-visual installation and maintenance
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  4. Customer service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  5. Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
  6. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  7. Experience with Google Workspace & Current RMS (is desirable)
