The opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a diverse operational portfolio, the Executive Manager, Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring Sylvanvale thrives in a complex NDIS environment. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role with responsibility for performance, growth, and customer outcomes across all services.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a large, diverse workforce to deliver quality, person-centred service
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business models and service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-first outcomes.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to deliver strategic priorities and sustainable growth.

About you
You are a values-driven leader with extensive senior management experience, ideally within disability services, community services, or the broader social purpose sector. You bring:

  • A track record of leading large, complex operations in an evolving environment.
  • Deep understanding of the disability sector, NDIS, and customer-centred service delivery.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with proven experience driving performance and growth.
  • A collaborative style and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
