Operating for over 25 years, this Company is a front-runner in the industry and through its many subsidiaries provides services spanning Strata, Property Insurance, Maintenance etc. They have multiple offices in NSW mostly located in Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle and are firmly committed to continue their growth whilst also staying committed to providing outstanding service across all their businesses.

**The Role**

Being the champion of all things Marketing, you will primarily be responsible for the parent company to provide Marketing strategy, social media content, manage events and ensure brand integrity. Specific duties will include:

- Compiling and distributing the quarterly newsletter (external)
- Coordinating with external providers for company blogs
- Create and implement annual marketing plans and budgets
- Support the improvement and production of all collateral
- Drive ideas for growing market penetration and awareness

**The Applicant**:

- Experience marketing within property (Real Estate / Strata ideally)
- Demonstrated success in a previous role, specifically around building and executing on strategy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use Canva, Salesforce & Mailchip would be favorable
