About the Role

The Sales Cadet position is designed for someone looking to launch their real estate career. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship and support while assisting our award-winning sales agents with day-to-day activities, prospecting, client care, marketing and property campaigns.

This role is an ideal pathway for those wanting long-term growth within a respected and dynamic organisation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, cold calling and lead generation support
  • Attend open homes, buyer appointments and auctions
  • Prepare marketing materials and coordinate property campaigns
  • Maintain CRM data and follow-up systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers
  • Learn and develop core sales skills with ongoing training
