Confident managing a range of employee matters, you bring sound judgment, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and supporting a workplace culture grounded in fairness, respect, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong understanding of contemporary HR principles, employment law, and people practices.
  • Ability to provide clear, consistent, and practical advice to leaders and employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting employee case management and workplace investigations.
  • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical decision-making, and equitable treatment.
  • Experience delivering effective HR services in a complex or changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks and compliance considerations in day-to-day work.
  • Experience maintaining accurate HR documentation, records, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and tools to support efficient and compliant processes.
  • Tertiary qualification (or progress toward qualification) in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
