Based primarily at our South Brisbane support office, this role involves interstate travel to support our South Australian centres. A flexible work arrangement will see you operating from our QLD office when not required on-site in SA.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor with proven expertise in leading workplace investigations and case management. This position will be working within our South Australian centres.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be the trusted HR partner to our Centre Directors and Area Managers. You'll lead complex investigations, manage employee relations cases, coach leaders through performance matters, and ensure HR best practices across our network.

If you're confident conducting investigations from start to finish and thrive on resolving complex people matters, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workplace investigations – conduct objective, fair investigations and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion
  • Coach leaders through performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Visit centres regularly to provide practical HR advice and support
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and Early Education regulations
  • Coordinate training and maintain HR systems and documentation

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading investigations and managing complex cases – this is critical
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
