Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch service that reflects Paspaley's luxury standards.
  • Share in-depth product knowledge and the craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty and sales.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and attention to detail.
  • Support boutique operations, mentor team members, and uphold visual standards.
  • Assist in clienteling strategies, including outreach and follow-up with VIP clients.
  • Contribute to boutique performance through insights, feedback, and collaboration.
  • Ensure accuracy in stock handling, inventory processes, and CRM data entry.
