Your Role and Impact

As a core member of our Data Enablement team, you will contribute to our mission to foster industry leaders in Geospatial data acquisition and Data Enablement. You'll lead digital survey delivery, mentor teams on best practice, and champion improvements in how data is managed, modelled, and delivered to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Digital Survey Delivery – Lead the digital execution of survey and spatial projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and relevant industry standards.
• Data Management – Coordinate, QA, and structure large and multi-sensor datasets—ensuring clean, consistent, and technically robust outcomes.
• Quantity & Volume Reporting – Deliver earthwork volumes, surface comparisons, and quantity take-offs for a variety of civil and construction projects.
• GFM Delivery – Audit and refine survey deliverables to meet and exceed local authority and government specifications.
• Process Innovation & Support – Provide support to internal teams on survey data workflows—troubleshooting issues, improving documentation, and identifying opportunities for digital optimisation.
• Collaboration – Work closely with Project Managers, Survey Team Leaders, and Spatial Managers to ensure that data outcomes are integrated with broader project goals.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in digital survey delivery or spatial data workflows across civil, infrastructure, or construction projects
• High-level proficiency in 12d Model is essential
• Experience delivering quantity calculations, volume reports, and as-constructed data
• Exposure to government or local authority survey specifications, conformance documentation, and structured deliverables
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across technical and non-technical audiences
• A continuous improvement mindset—able to uplift digital confidence across a wider team
• Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, Engineering, or a related discipline are preferred
