Experienced building manager required for busy Facilities Management company.

Inside Outside Facility Servicesin one of Australia's fastest growing companies in the Facilities Services sector.

We now require the services of an experienced Building Manager to service several premium properties.

The successful candidate will be able to become an integral member of our team, and once established, be able to manage several properties throughout our portfolio.

Position Description

  • Manage property operations effectively in accordance with operational requirements
  • Manage, maintain and operate building management systems and equipment in an effective manner to ensure effective functionality
  • Provide exceptional & timely customer service and communication to internal & external stakeholders (tenants, owners, contractors, managers etc.)
  • Complete & present monthly / annual reporting
  • Manage contractors and service schedules so as to ensure timely repairs and minimal loss of plant functions.
  • Provide emergency after hours assistance where required
  • Manage a portfolio of buildings.

Experience

  • Preferred experience in similar role
  • Experience in problem solving / continuous improvement methods
  • Knowledge in day to day building service operations
  • Budget planning and tender process negotiation skills
  • Medium to advanced computer skills
  • Trade qualification preferred (fire, electrical or hydraulic advantageous)
  • Must hold valid drivers' license

Salary based around $65,000-$75,000 pa , plus vehicle or vehicle allowance (based on experience)
