Job Opportunity:

Building Management Position with a Canberra locally owned company.

Responsibilities — Building Manager (Onsite)

  • Be the onsite point of contact for residents, contractors and strata.
  • Run structured daily inspections and log issues in real time.
  • Produce a clear monthly report for the Owners Corporation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor maintenance and repairs and work orders through to completion.
  • Keep common areas safe, clean and compliant at all times.
  • Escalate risks and recurring defects early with practical recommendations.

Qualifications:

To apply for this role, you should have:

  • Preferred previous experience in building or facilities management.
  • Preferred previous handyman or trade skill experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to facilitate effective interaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite to efficiently manage tasks and communications.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, being a team player who thrives in a cooperative setting.

The level of compensation offered will be commensurate to your experience.
