About the opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely under the guidance of a Sales Consultant, you will be a key team member of the ACT McDonald Jones Homes sales team. Your focus is to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs.

• Work from one of our stunning display homes (mainly at Denman Prospect) 

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the display home ensuring all customers are met and greeted warmly. 

• Create memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle 

• Present information to help customers confidently select and create their dream home

• Collaborating with the Sales Consultant in adhoc tasks

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• An outgoing, engaging and genuinely helpful personality

• A passion for home design and beautiful living spaces

• Motivated by KPIs and driven to achieve results

• Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience

• A strong drive to learn and grow a career

• Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday – Thursdays and Fridays off
