HYDRAULIC HOSE TECHNICIAN / Mechanical Tech's; Workshop & Mobile position, Immediate start for suitably qualified applicant.

If your background is a; Experienced Hydraulic Hose Tech or Hydraulic Fitter with a strong mechanical background and sound knowledge of Heavy Earthmoving & Construction equipment, or a Mechanical Engineering Tech; Heavy Earthmoving Mechanical Fitter with sound knowledge of the Hydraulic Systems and the Hose & Fittings industry.

  • Have a natural Mechanical ability with good knowledge of Mechanical Hydraulic Systems; Heavy Vehicle Transport; Construction Machinery and Fixed Quarrying Equipment.
  • Must be able to undertake manual handling duties, including physical lifting.
You need to have: (not less than 12 months experience in),
  • Conducting testing of Mechanical systems; Hydraulic control systems;
  • Inspecting, Test & Analyse the condition of Hydraulic systems, Pipes, Hose assemblies and Mechanical components.
  • Manufacture and installation Hydraulic Pipe & Hose assemblies including the install of Hydraulic, Mechanical assemblies & associated components to support mechanical engineering systems and technology.
You Must;
  • Have good communication skills - Intermediate level fluency in English (read/write/speak).
  • Reside permanently within the Gold Coast region or willing to relocate for the position.
  • Have a current clean manual car licence as a minimum requirement, and be prepared to provide licence history printout if required.
  • Have a reliable means of transport to and from work.
  • Parker Hydraulic Hose, fittings & associated product knowledge adefiant advantage.
We provide:
  • Tafe accredited Parker Enzed training: provided after qualifying period, if required.
  • On-going in house training and continued support.
  • Base working week: Monday to Friday (7.30 am to 4.30 pm)
  • After Hours:be prepared to work After hours and share After Hour  Call Outs with your fellow Hose Technicians.
  • Late Model light truck - fully equipped Service Vehicle provided for you to operate in the course of your work requirements,
Remuneration:Based on Experience.

Generous market competitive Base Salary:$ 75,000- $110,000 Plus Overtime & After-hours Call outs, Government Super Guarantee. (reviewed at 3 months after 6 months, then annually),
