About the role

Hydraulink Yatala is seeking an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role based in our Yatala, Queensland location. As a Hydraulic Hose Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of hydraulic hoses and components, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' equipment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Inspect, diagnose and repair hydraulic hoses and components
  2. Fabricate and assemble custom hydraulic hose assemblies
  3. Provide on-site support and emergency repairs for clients
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Experience as a Hydraulic Hose Technician or similar role preferred (training can be provided to right individual)
  2. Ideally a qualification in an appropriate and relevant discipline such as automotive mechanics or alternatively experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial sector
  3. Able to troubleshoot hydraulic and related mechanical engineering problems effectively
  4. Good communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently
  6. Current driver's licence and ability to travel to client sites as required
