About This Role

We are seeking a driven sales professional to develop our Southern Queensland/Northern NSW region.

This is a new phase of growth, and we are looking for someone who will enjoy selling hydraulic fittings with a strong ability to identify new opportunities, increase existing business, and strategise with sales and service departments on product and service proposals.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain and Grow Existing Accounts: Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term partnerships.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer needs.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present competitive quotations to customers.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Experience: Proven sales experience within the mining industry, ideally with mechanical knowledge of mobile equipment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic hose & fittings is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
