Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Write captivating captions, create reels, and produce visually appealing content that tells our story and strengthens our brand presence
  • Contribute to SEO and digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility and engagement

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting schedules, interact with followers, and grow an authentic online community
  • Stay on top of industry and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and high-impact

Photography & Videography

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos from client interactions, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Plan and execute content days both in-office and on location

Analytics, Reporting & SEO

  • Track content performance, engagement, and SEO results
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continually improve reach and effectiveness

Event Promotion & Brand Consistency

  • Assist in planning and promoting events and community initiatives
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect Loan Market Capital's brand, values, and professional tone
About You
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (finance or real estate experience highly regarded)
  • Confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere for content creation and editing
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for brand voice and detail
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering creative work on time
  • Tech-savvy and excited to explore new tools, ideas, and approaches
