This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn the end-to-end sales process in the construction and property industry. You'll gain hands-on experience across contracts, client communication, sales administration, and marketing support while working closely with a fast-paced but fun, close-knit team.
As the business continues to grow, there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and move into other areas of the company. Training is provided, and while experience in real estate or construction is a plus, it's not required — the right attitude matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full property sales process from Enquiry to Handover
- Coordinate contract requests and execution
- Send construction updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update our project management system ).
- Send, and track progress payment invoices and receipts.
- Assist with sales brochure creation and marketing materials.
- Provide general sales administration support to the team.
- Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and internal staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Bachelor's degree minimum education level required
- Australian work rights required for this position
