Black Toyota Dalby is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced operation across Pre-Delivery, Panel Shop, and Body Building divisions.
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and team performance across multiple departments.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a high-performing dealership group that values innovation, teamwork, and community connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Pre-Delivery, Panel & Paint, and Body Building departments
- Implement and manage workflows to maximise productivity and meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards
- Drive safety compliance and workshop standards across all areas
- Lead, mentor, and support team leaders and staff to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage scheduling, resources, and capacity planning for peak performance
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, and departmental budgets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive operations management, ideally across multiple departments
- Strong knowledge of pre-delivery processes, panel repair, and custom body building
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and management abilities
- Sound understanding of WHS and compliance in workshop environments
