We deliver tailored, flexible lending solutions that make a real difference for Mortgage Managers and their distribution channels. The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / Relationship Manager to drive Mortgage Manager relationships, originate quality lending opportunities, and be a true partner to the third-party channel.
You'll be joining a high-performing team that values strategic thinking, a solutions-based approach, and above all – genuine relationships..
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage and grow relationships with Mortgage Managers
• Drive loan volume growth through proactive BDM activities
• Present product solutions tailored to our Third Party Channel/client needs
• Work closely with credit and operations to ensure seamless service
• Represent the brand at industry events, PD days, and networking opportunities
• Provide market feedback to help shape product and process improvements
About You
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within mortgage lending space
• Proven experience in writing home loans
• Understanding of credit, loan structures, and mortgage distribution
• Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Passionate about lending and making a meaningful impact
