We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team in providing support for our client in Nundah 20hrs support weekly. Good hourly rate ranging from $30.00 to $36.40 per hour on week days depending on experience.

As a Support Worker, you will work intimately with our clients, their families and stakeholders, get to know their personal needs and interests, and provide required assistance on their journey towards achieving their goals.

Ideal Candidate

· Professional or lived experience supporting someone with disability

· Disability support certificate at least level III

· Valid Blue and Yellow cards or NDIS Worker Screening Check

· Current Driver's license

· First Aid Certificate

· Valid Police Check

· Good communication skills

· Ability to provide 2 referees

· The right to work in Australia
