At 4U Support Services, we provide support to help individuals achieve their NDIS goals. We offer personalized support for daily life tasks, community access and participation, development of life skills and mental health support.

**Role Description**

This role for a Support Worker at 4U Support Services will be responsible for providing support for daily living activities, skill development, community access and participation. Support is provided in the homes of participants or out in the community.

We primarily service Brisbane, Logan, and Ipswich, with weekly shifts ready to go on a casual basis.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (can be obtained later, before commencing supports)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong understanding of person-centered care and NDIS principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**What will make you stand out?**
- Demonstrated experience in providing support services in a similar role.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health, or complex needs.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and documentation.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
- Qualifications or experience in other industries that may be of interest to participants. E.g. music, sport, art.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.79 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
