--- The Role - Positions available based on experience.

You'll be supporting two amazing ladies who live independently in Mackay and need 24/7 care.

They're fun, social, and love getting out and about — so every day is a mix of meaningful support, connection, and good vibes.

You'll help with daily routines like meals, personal care, and household tasks, but also join in on the good stuff — music, outings, and the moments that make life joyful.

  • Can keep calm, compassionate, and maybe a little bit silly when the moment calls for it
  • Have a great sense of humour and genuine respect for the people you support
  • Enjoy community activities, a good sing-along, or just going for a stroll and having a bite to eat

Promote independence in everything you do

Have your:

  • NDIS Worker Screening,
  • First Aid & CPR, and
  • driver's licence

Qualifications - Have completed or are willing to obtain/enrol in:

  • Cert III Individual Support or equivalent

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $43.23 – $103.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
