**We are always looking for HCS Support Stars to join our growing team. We are in search for individuals who are passionate about care and giving care to our participants and also our colleague’s. If you believe this is you then I do encourage you to join us.**

Disability or Community Support Worker are responsible for supporting participant’s to enhance and maintain independent living skills and reach their potential at home and in the community.

A requirement of this role is completion of the following relevant certificates and qualifications:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation module
- Police check (within the past 6 months)
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Blue Card
- Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or Passport)
