About the role:

• Part-time position.
• Help keep the finance engine running smoothly by supporting and improving finance administration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all AutoGuru financial functions.
• Master the gears of cash flow by becoming proficient in managing Debtors, Creditors, and day-to-day transactional, email and phone enquiry work.
• Support the pit crew by assisting with accounting, administration tasks, and special projects as needed.
• Drive strategic insight by helping prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts, and statutory reporting.

About you:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and efficient exchanges at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.
• Tuned into the future with an interest in exploring AI tools and leveraging technology to drive smarter finance and admin processes.
• Maintain a positive attitude even when the pressure is on, comfortably navigating tight deadlines.
• An eagle eye for detail, ensuring every task is fine-tuned for accuracy and quality.
• Confident under the hood of any software, you know how to troubleshoot, navigate systems, and keep digital tools running smoothly.
• Familiarity with Microsoft or Google Suite programs, especially Excel/Google Sheets and MYOB Acumatica, is beneficial.
