Join our Consumer Insurance team as a Change and Communications Lead, supporting transformation across Home Claims. You'll design inclusive strategies that build engagement, readiness, and resilience—ensuring successful outcomes for our Claims Value Transformation (CVT) program. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver inclusive change and communication strategies that support engagement and readiness
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure consistent sponsorship and alignment for transformation efforts
  • Lead change management activities that support business readiness and adoption of new ways of working
  • Build capability in change and communications across the team to maximise program benefits
  • Create communication rhythms and narratives that foster momentum and internal support
  • Partner with Delivery Leads and leadership to present transparent Program of Work updates and progress reports.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in leading change and communications (3+ years), with a focus on inclusive stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of the organisation
  • Familiarity with Agile and Squad methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with experience using digital tools to reach varied audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability, with a proactive approach to risk and change leadership
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a business and change management related discipline
  • Home Claims experience is desirable.
