  • Strong understanding of change frameworks (ADKAR, Force-Field, etc.) and the ability to apply them pragmatically to real-world people and culture initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging executive leaders and frontline teams.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability-able to craft clear, compelling, and engaging communications.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work at pace in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
