**About the role**:
Contribute to Suncorp’s sponsorship and community investment strategy by administering Suncorp’s community investment fund, community partnerships, workplace giving and engagement activities.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Support the execution of Suncorp’s community investment strategy.
- Lead community partnerships with day-to-day management and planning and delivery of employee engagement activities.
- Actively support on community partnership negotiations and renewals through the contract, procurement, risk and legal process.
- Support annual business and budget planning cycles for community investment inputs.
- Establish and leverage mutually beneficial relationships with Suncorp’s community partners and other sponsorships.
- Assist with program governance, including preparing business papers and presentations for committees and working groups, partnership WIPs, benefits tracking, budget management, and workplace giving guidelines.
- Actively support social impact measurement and community investment reporting across the portfolio.
- Adhere to the community budget (community investment fund and Collective Giving) and support with invoice processing and monthly cost centre forecasting.
- Adhere to and execute robust governance processes - legal, data, risk, procurement etc.
- Support across other areas of the sponsorship and community portfolio to deliver maximum impact for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications around various community investment activities and milestones.
- Develop leverage initiatives to amplify community partners where required.
- End-to-end delivery of Collective Giving - Suncorp’s approach to workplace giving.
- Employee engagement: Collective Giving and key partnership activations.
- Manage community partnership requests, responses and on-going register.

**About You**:

- Relevant university degree.
- At least five years’ experience engaging with community organisations or community sponsorships, other strategic partnership and/or supplier agreements.
- Proven experience with stakeholder management/stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with negotiation and partnership management.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across a wide variety of workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience dealing with senior executives and managing relationships.
- Budget management.
