About the role

TOOTHSAVERS' is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our dental clinic in Mount Annan, NSW. This is a full-time role that will involve managing a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our practice. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with all their enquiries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
  2. Answering and managing incoming phone calls
  3. Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  4. Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and maintaining records
  5. Assisting with the preparation of patient files and documentation
  6. Handling payment transactions and maintaining financial records
  7. Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  8. Supporting the dental team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and patient management systems
  5. A friendly, professional and positive attitude
  6. A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
